Today, Luke Pelton, Founder and CEO, leads the company's vision, development strategy, and long-term growth. Cody Pelton, Owner and President of Construction, brings hands-on construction leadership, field experience, and practical job-site knowledge.
Shaun Pelton has been a foundational part of the business from the beginning, providing the steady leadership, financial oversight, organization, and day-to-day support that allowed the company to grow from one project to the next.
